ER Specialist

A premium retailer is looking to recruit an experienced ER Specialist to join their already successful HR team on a fixed term basis for three months. This is a true ER specialist role, focused on managing a varied and high-volume case load (around 20 live cases) and coaching managers through processes including disciplinaries, grievances and return-to-work cases. The role sits within the central People function reporting into the London team, while partnering closely with senior stakeholders on site in Birmingham.

As an experienced ER consultant you will be given autonomy to manage your own desk and priorities. They offer a salary of up to £45,000 dependent on experience.
