A leading name in high street fashion is looking for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to support store and area managers across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced retail environment, offering hands-on ER experience in a highly collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for all employee relations queries across the business
- Manage and track ER cases from start to resolution
- Provide clear, consistent advice on issues such as lateness, absence, flexible working, and long-term sickness
- Support managers in handling low-level ER issues confidently and independently
- Develop and roll out tools, resources, and training to upskill store teams on basic ER matters
