Director of General Merchandising

As the director of general merchandise you will be responsible for the strategy, and finances across the product division, looking after product development, sourcing and merchandising teams.
This role will combine strategic leadership, with fantastic commercial acumen to continue driving the business forward.

The role:
• Develop and execute a global product road map
• Lead and inspire teams across merchandising, design development, sourcing etc to achieve great product
• Look at product quality, technical innovation to ensure the business is at the forefront of the industry
• Analyse KPIs, manage forecasting and budgets to keep the business in strong position

The candidate:
• Previous experience end to end product leadership
• Highly analytical, with strong exposure to ERP systems and product forecasting
• Knowledge in global supply chains, and manufacturing of product
• Highly commercial, with a strong track record of scaling a retailer
