Deputy Store Manager

A global accessories retailer, known for its innovation and quality, is seeking a deputy store manager to support the store manager in leading, coaching, and developing the Nottingham team to maximise sales and achieve business objectives.

Your main responsibilities will be to support the senior management team in delivering the profit and loss plan for the store. Other responsibilities will be coaching and developing the team, and ensuring the customer journey is up to the necessary standard.

Ideally, you will be someone with extensive retail management experience within a service focused environment.

The role is paying up to £32,000. There is a benefits package that includes discounts across various brands, health and wellbeing services, pension contributions and life assurance.
