Deputy Store Manager

This leading international fashion retailer is looking to recruit a deputy manager to manage their store in Keswick. The retailer boasts a portfolio of over 150 stores in the UK and has a presence in Europe.

As deputy manager, you’ll work closely with the store manager to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive store performance. You’ll lead by example on the shop floor, motivate and develop the team, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Coming from a retail background, you will be someone with extensive experience managing a team in an assisted sales environment.
