Deputy Store Manager

This jewellery retailer is looking for a deputy store manager to support the store manager in achieving store objectives. You will lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service, sales results and ensure store standards are met.

Coming from a service-led background in a retail environment, you will be someone with great leadership qualities who isn’t afraid to deputise in the store managers absence. Also you will need experience coaching and developing talent to ensure they’re maximising their potential.
