It operates in the retail sector, focusing on serving local communities with accessible, everyday products and quick purchasing options.

They are looking for deputy manager for their store in Guernsey. The deputy manager is responsible for delivering a strong customer experience, hitting targets, building a positive environment, maintaining high standards across the store and upkeeping the visual merchandise of product.

The individual will need to have food/FMCG experience. You will be sales-driven, commercially focused, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets. You will have strong communication skills, be able to handle challenging situations and be a hands-on leader. You will be team-focused and enjoy a collaborative environment.

In return the company is offering a competitive salary of £45,000.
