Deputy Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager to join a well-loved premium accessories brand in one of its flagship Selfridges locations. This is a newly created role, offering a fantastic chance to truly make it your own and have a meaningful impact on the business.

The Role:
-Support the Store Manager in driving KPIs and overall team performance
- Act as a brand ambassador, championing training and development across the team
- Lead from the front, delivering exceptional customer service
Support all back-office functions and visual merchandising standards

The Person:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, or a strong, established Supervisor ready to step up
- Fully flexible across the week, covering early, mid and late shifts
- Experience working with premium or luxury products is desirable
- Excellent customer service, communication and leadership skills
