Deputy Manager

We are seeking a Deputy Manager for this Jewellery retail brand based in Cork.
Basic salary is €32,000 for a full time perm opportunity with a 39 hour weekly contract, Working 5 out of 7 day son a rota basis to include weekend shifts.
The role will involve supporting the store manager to lead a team of sales associates, focusing on customer service, selling skills, product knowledge development and ad on sales.
You will need some previous retail management experience at senior supervisor or deputy / assistant management level. The position will need you to be aware of retail key performance indicators and have experience in leading staff members to achieve targets, managing performance and motivation accordingly.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong people and coaching skills, a sound understanding of customer service management and an ability to take responsibility for the store during the store managers days off and holiday.
