Deputy Manager

A leading fashion retailer is looking to recruit a deputy manager for their lovely store in Leeds. Working closely with the store team, you will be responsible for delivering commercial, operational and audit targets that exceed business expectations. The retailer is known for their diverse product portfolio, incredible customer service and employee development.

As a deputy manager, you will be supporting the store manager in focusing on sales, training, merchandising & operations.

Coming from a customer-facing background, you will be a retail manager who has a proven track record operating in a fast and high-volume environment.

The role is paying up to £31,000 for the right candidate. There is a benefits package included. The retailer is passionate about people development and will offer opportunities to progress into different functions of the business.
