Department Manager

This iconic and innovative department store is looking for a department manager to oversee the operations of the beauty department. The department store is known for its specialist and high-quality products. Your main responsibilities will be to maximise sales and service targets while ensuring the development of your team.

Ideally, you will have extensive beauty experience from a high-volume environment. Due to the store being high profile, there will be regular floor walks with senior stakeholders.

The role is paying up to £70,000 for the right candidate. There is a bonus and benefits package included.
