About the Role
Assist Lounge Manager to supervise the entire lounge operation, conduct rounding to all lounges/outlets and handle all issues related to operations on the day-to-day basis.
To monitor system implemented and regulatory requirements are conducted in a consistent manner.
To understand the SOP and ensure that they are applied and followed by all the team members.
To coordinate, handle, record and follow through all incidents or any operational matters with the other supervisors.
To ensure that consistent services are accorded and maintained at the lounge.
To train, in accordance with the guidelines, all servers and trainee/students.
Team members grooming check before commencement of each shift, i.e. uniforms, nails, shoes, nametags, hair, etc. and ensure team members are in proper and orderly appearance and behavior.
Assist Lounge Manager to manage staff overtimes requirement or recall for duty on their days off (if required).
To ensure that all equipment, computers, systems, etc. are in good working order and reading materials, magazines, newspapers are adequately supplied and placed.
To monitor “Lost and Found” items.
To ensure cleanliness of the lounge, washrooms and showers as well as all staff areas i.e. back office, F&B pantry, etc.
