Content Operations Executive

We are looking for a Content Operations Executive to join our dynamic Creative Operations team at Harrods. You will be crucial in supporting the development of our content strategy through analysing data and suggesting implementation plans, moving beyond mere reporting to actionable insights.

About the Role

The Content Operations Executive will be the key in supporting the creative process and scheduling content delivery for .com, email and app. By regularly generating reports for our web and app homepage and various campaigns, you will be providing vital insights and recommendations to enhance content effectiveness using our analytical tools (Google Analytics and ContentSquare) that will support the wider business.

You will have total scope over the content calendar, effectively managing the calendar for our business as usual and brand partnerships initiatives, ensuring seamless and timely execution of content-related tasks. You will be assisting our Creative Managers in pulling reports for project wash-up documentation, as well as ensuring the correct analytics are set up at the beginning of the project. You will liaise with teams to gather resource requirements and timelines, and with your creative nous you will be able to be reactive and take the data and put a content lens on it.

You will engage in fundamental content creation tasks, such as administrative copywriting for .com, uploading terms and conditions, and supporting the editorial team in content development to enhance storytelling capabilities.

About You

The successful Content Operations Executive will be confident in project managing and using strong analytical skills to make informed decisions. With working knowledge of Google Analytics and an understanding of SEO principles, you will confidently be able to extract data and create reports to feedback to the team. You will have knowledge of using ContentSquare or similar tools, and experience with CMS to be able to manage and update website content effectively.

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination across teams and managing stakeholder relationships. You will be proficient in managing multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
