This newly created role will own and execute the Revenue Growth Management strategy for our UK AFH channel, driving pricing, promotions, and commercial frameworks to unlock sustainable growth. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain, you will lead the successful launch of new product ranges and coordinate the annual trading calendar across promotions, NPD, and channel activation. Using market insight and data, you will identify and accelerate commercial optimisation opportunities while acting as the key link between the RGM Centre of Excellence and the UK AFH business.

What you’ll do
Being a Commercial Manager is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success - which means you’ll:
• Own and execute the Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategy for the UK AFH channel, leading pricing architecture, promotional strategy, and commercial frameworks to drive sustainable growth.
• Lead the commercial planning and execution of new product launches, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other functions to ensure strong in-market performance.
• Own and coordinate the annual trading calendar, aligning NPD launches, seasonal promotions, and channel-specific activations to maximise impact.
• Translate market, customer, and consumer insights into actionable, insight-led go-to-market strategies that strengthen competitiveness and accelerate growth.
• Identify and deliver commercial optimisation opportunities across pricing, mix, margin, and P&L performance, acting as the key link between the Centres of Excellence and the UK AFH team.
Who you are
It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in:
• Proven experience in a Commercial or Revenue Growth Management role, ideally within a B2B or customer-facing environment, with a strong understanding of commercial drivers.
• Highly analytical with a strong commercial acumen. Able to seek and / or interpret complex data sets, translating insight into clear, actionable recommendations and Commercial plans.
• A proactive self-starter with a “builder” mindset, comfortable working with autonomy and shaping new processes, frameworks, and ways of working.
• Experience supporting projects end-to-end, through to great execution with the ability to collaborate across functions and to influence stakeholders to align teams and drive outcomes.
• A trusted relationship builder who establishes credibility through clarity, consistency, and sound commercial judgement.

Location - Where you’ll work: Hybrid, St Albans
Right now, our Support Centre teams work flexibly, blending home working with in-person time whenever it matters most – whether that’s a team moment, a creative session, or simply coming together to share ideas.
We’re excited to be moving into a new home for our brand in St Albans in January 2027 – an inspiring space from which our Support Centre teams will work three days a week to connect and collaborate in-person to bring our bold ambition to life
