A leading global travel retailer is seeking a commercial/product manager to oversee one of its high-profile, multi-million-pound flagship stores. Famous for its premium beauty, luxury, and exclusive ranges, this business is not just keeping pace with the market—it’s consistently outperforming it.
This is not a standard store management role. Instead, you’ll act as the commercial heartbeat of the store—deciding how every square metre earns its keep. Your job is to optimise space, product placement, range, and stock holding by making data-led, profit-driven decisions. You’ll be deep into sales analysis, profit per metre mapping, and category performance tracking to ensure every area delivers maximum return.
You’ll also work closely with prestige brands operating on concession models, aligning on layouts, promotions, and commercial goals. Internally, you’ll collaborate with buying, merchandising, space planning, and store teams to execute changes that boost sales and GP.
What we’re looking for:
- A retail professional with a track record in fast-paced, high-volume environments (e.g., fast fashion, department store, travel retail)
- Strong money-mapping skills—you know how to read a store floor like a profit map
- Commercially sharp, confident in using sales data to make layout and stock depth decisions
- Able to influence stakeholders and work cross-functionally with ease
- Highly proactive, solution-focused, and results-driven
