£60,000 BASE + commission (OTE £90K+)
We’re partnering with a high-growth, commercially ambitious business working with major corporate clients, including blue-chip and purpose-led brands.
They’re now looking for a polished, driven Business Development Manager to join the team and play a key role in winning and growing new business.
The Role
This is a high-impact, client-facing position where you’ll:
Drive new business across corporate accounts
Build and deliver compelling pitches to senior stakeholders (C-suite level)
Create high-quality proposals, tenders, and presentations
Develop long-term client relationships and grow key accounts
Work closely with internal teams to deliver best-in-class solutions
What They’re Looking For
Strong experience in a client-facing, commercial or business development role
Highly polished and confident communicator
Advanced Excel skills (essential)
Strong PowerPoint skills — able to build compelling, client-ready decks
Experience pitching to senior stakeholders / C-suite
Driven, proactive, and commercially minded
Background is flexible — candidates from fashion, consumer, recruitment, or other commercial sectors are all welcome.

The Package
Salary up to £60K (depending on experience)
Commission of c.£30K+ once established (OTE £90K+)
