Brow & Beauty Expert

Benefit is Glowing… We Mean Growing… and we are currently searching for a Part-time Brow and Beauty Expert to make real connections in Sephora Birmingham.

As a Brow and Beauty Expert, you'll be instrumental in achieving sales targets and creating exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

As a Brow and Beauty Expert, your missions, will be as follows:
• Sales Goals - Achieving individual retail sales goals agreed with the counter manager, making connections with customers, demonstrating products.
• Brow services - Waxing, Tinting and tweezing to ensure customers love their brows and book repeat appointments.
• Teamwork- Everyone is expected to help all team members to ensure all the counter and business needs are met.
• Promotions and Special Events- Supporting both in store or external events and charity events.
• Administration- An individual daily and weekly worksheet will be completed, and where necessary you will assist with counter manager administration.
• Hygiene and Housekeeping- You will ensure the counter and displays are kept clean and hygienic at all times.
