Beauty Department Manager

We are recruiting a Beauty Department Manager to oversee the beauty division for a leading London department store.
In this high-impact role, you will lead a large team and drive the commercial strategy to deliver exceptional results across sales, service, and customer engagement.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Leading and inspiring a sizeable beauty team to achieve sales, engagement, and conversion targets.
- Delivering the commercial plan while ensuring an elevated customer experience across all beauty categories.
- Coaching and developing managers to optimise performance and meet business objectives.
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to execute strategy and uphold the luxury/premium service proposition.

About You
- Currently operating in a senior leadership role within beauty or personal care.
- Experienced in managing managers and driving performance across multiple teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with a deep understanding of premium and luxury beauty environments.
- Confident, commercially minded, and service-driven.

The basic salary is up to £70,000, depending on experience. This is a London-based role, working 5 out of 7 days, including weekends on a rota. Full list of benefits and a good bonus structure.
