• What You’ll Do (Late Night Focus)
• Lead smooth, efficient evening & late-night shifts
• Ensure Drive Thru speed and service excellence
• Coach and support Baristas on shift
• Keep standards high across coffee quality, cleanliness and food safety
• Handle pressure confidently during peak late-night trade
• Motivate the team to finish strong and close brilliantly
