Team Leader – Lead with Britain’s Oldest Brewer!

Where You’ll Be Working

Overlooking one of the finest beaches on the North Kent Coast, the Minnis Bay Bar & Brasserie in Birchington is a relaxed, stylish location that offers truly outstanding views, great food, an extensive drinks list and friendly service. The pub sits close to both Quex Park and the Powell Cotton Museum and the history-rich area can be explored with Shepherd Neame’s Minnis Bay Bar & Brasserie Pub Walk, which starts and ends at the pub.

What You’ll Do

Lead by example, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members.
Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, including opening and closing duties.
Motivate and coach the team to deliver exceptional service and uphold company standards.
Ensure the bar is well-stocked, clean, and compliant with health and safety requirements.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Contribute ideas to improve service and team performance.
