We are currently recruiting an Associate Product Manager to support the delivery of Workload Management Application to the Global Business, by ensuring all of the current Workload Labour Models are moved in to the new application.
You will be responsible for:
Translating business requirements and technical details into high quality solutions and business language
Writing SQL scripts to extract the data required
Working closely with the engineering team following Agile practises to document requirements and acceptance criteria to deliver the data needs of Workload Labour Models
Building analytical dashboards to support the business to understand movement in Workload
Coordinate with other Teams where required to deliver roadmap items
Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
Taking ownership for own development and broadening technical skills
Having a positive, can-do demeanour and a dedicated energy to get things right for our customers
Pro-actively growing my knowledge by understanding our data sources, understanding the needs of our partners and contributing innovative solutions and ideas to problems
You will need:
Proficiency in SQL and Tableau
Ability to communicate sophisticated issues in a simple and clear way
Broad knowledge and understanding of the technologies relevant to data platforms
Understanding of common data structures and data modelling
Solid understanding of a retail operation (stores and distribution)
Analysing and presenting data in a simple way for our partners
Experience in using Alation or Teradata SQL Assistant
Basic understand of Labour Modeling desirable
