As assistant store manager, you’ll work closely with the store manager to lead, inspire and develop the team, driving commercial performance while creating an engaging and service-led environment for customers. You’ll play a key hands-on role in coaching colleagues, building a positive culture and ensuring the store operates to the highest standards.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer-focused retail environment, strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering an exceptional shopping experience. Fashion, lifestyle or premium retail experience would be advantageous, though strong people leadership and commercial awareness are equally important. You may even be a senior supervisor or team leader, ready for you step into an assistant manager position.
