Assistant Store Manager

We’re recruiting an Assistant Store Manager for a premium menswear boutique in Brent Cross Shopping Centre. This is a great opportunity for an experienced retail professional who leads by example, drives sales, and delivers exceptional customer service.

You’ll support day-to-day operations, coach the team to exceed KPIs, and help create a high-energy, customer-focused store environment. Flexibility across weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays is required.

About You:
Experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or Key Holder
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Passionate about customer service and team development
Organised, with experience in stock, VM, and store operations
