Assistant Store Manager

A well-established fashion retailer, recognised for its quality product, strong brand identity, and outstanding customer experience, is looking for an ambitious assistant store manager to join its high-profile store at Bluewater Shopping Centre.

In this dynamic, hands-on role, you’ll work closely with the store manager to drive overall performance and standards. You’ll lead from the shop floor, inspire and develop the team, and help create a customer-focused environment that consistently delivers results. Your responsibilities will span sales driving, KPI analysis, visual merchandising standards, rota planning, and team training — making you a key part of the store’s ongoing success.

We’re seeking a commercially aware assistant manager with experience in fashion, accessories, or lifestyle retail, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys motivating and developing others. Strong communication skills, organisation, and a passion for retail excellence are essential.

Salary: up to £35,000, plus a strong bonus scheme worth up to £6,200 and an excellent benefits package including health benefits, life assurance, and uniform allowance.
