Assistant Store Manager

We are partnering with a watch retailer to recruit a deputy store manager for their thriving Westfield White City location. Representing some of the most iconic names in horology, this brand is renowned for craftsmanship, innovation, and world-class service. With recent product launches achieving record-breaking success in the UK, the business continues to set new benchmarks for sales and customer experience.

As deputy manager, you’ll help lead a £1M+ turnover store alongside a passionate team of 7. Your role will be pivotal in:
- Achieving sales and profitability targets
- Maintaining a seamless and efficient back-of-house operation
- Training, motivating, and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional client experiences in line with the prestige of the brand

We’re looking for an established retail leader who thrives in a premium or luxury, assisted-selling environment. You’ll understand the art of the sales ceremony and the power of personalised service in building lasting client relationships. Experience in luxury watches, jewellery, fashion, accessories, footwear, or beauty will be highly regarded.
