Assistant Store Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an assistant store manager to join a high street womenswear retailer based in Basingstoke. The company are going from strength to strength opening new stores and concessions. Focusing on beautiful, wearable collections this creative, family feel business offers the opportunity for you to grow with them.

As the assistant store manager, you will support the store manager to strategically maximise sales across the store. You will be focusing on targets, KPI’s and people leadership.

The successful applicant will have strong people and time management skills. You will be commercially minded, with an interest in fashion and retail. Previous management or supervisory experience within a fast-paced womenswear retail environment is essential.

This position is paying a basic salary of up to £28,000. They are offering 28 days holiday, increasing to 33 days after 5 years, a great pension and a generous 50% discount.
