Assistant Store Manager

A leading accessories retailer is looking to recruit an assistant store manager for their flagship store in Leeds Bradford Airport. Working closely with the senior retail team, you will be responsible for delivering commercial, operational, and audit targets that exceed business expectations. The retailer is known for their diverse product portfolio, incredible customer service, and employee development.

As an assistant store manager, you will be supporting the wider management team by focusing on performance, training, merchandising & operations.

Coming from a customer-facing background, you will be an existing retail manager who has a proven track record operating in a fast and high-volume environment.

The role is paying up to £28,000 for the right candidate. There is a 12% bonus and benefits package included. The retailer is passionate about people development and will offer opportunities to progress into different functions of the business.
