Compensation: $66,625 / year
Bonus: Quarterly + Year-End Super Bonus

What You’ll Do
Lead FOH + kitchen operations
Ensure food safety + quality
Manage cost controls + budgets
Develop and support your team
Run systems, scheduling, merchandising
Solve problems, forecast, report
What You Bring
Minimum 2 years in restaurant/food service leadership
Minimum 1 year in full-service restaurant w/ bar required
Computer + POS system proficiency
Strong organizational and people skills
Culinary background is a plus
Able to interact across all levels (executives to hourly team)
