Assistant Merchandiser

This Assistant Merchandiser role offers real ownership, including managing and developing an Allocator while supporting the wider merchandising strategy. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, driving trade, managing WSSI, and ensuring stock is optimised across channels in a fast-paced retail environment.

We’re looking for an existing Assistant Merchandiser or a strong Senior MAA ready to step up. You’ll ideally have experience managing WSSI, be highly analytical, organised, and confident influencing decisions. Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset are key.
