Assistant Merchandiser

A luxury accessories retailer based in Hertfordshire are looking for an an Assistant Merchandiser to join the team. As Assistant Merchandiser, you’ll play a key role in supporting the merchandising team to plan, trade, and optimise our accessories collections. From analysing sales data to coordinating stock levels, you’ll ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning and forecasting product ranges across accessories categories
- Monitor weekly sales performance and provide actionable insights
- Support stock management, allocations, and replenishment strategies
- Work closely with buying, retail, and e-commerce teams
- Prepare reports on sales, stock levels, and seasonal performance
- Identify trends and opportunities to maximise sales and margin

Requirements:

Strong numerical and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
Proficiency in Excel (or similar tools)
A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
Passion for fashion, retail, and accessories
