Assistant Merchandiser

A fashion retailer is looking for an assistant merchandiser to support the wider merch team. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with data, has strong commercial instincts, and enjoys turning insights into action. You’ll take ownership of one of the key product categories, managing day-to-day range performance and supporting the wider business in driving sales, profit, and growth.

Working closely with the buying team, you’ll make informed recommendations on both new and existing ranges to ensure they remain commercial, profitable, and aligned with company strategy.

You will be responsible for building and proposing both everyday and seasonal ranges, analysing performance, and providing insights to drive commercial success. This includes managing financial range roll-ups, tracking sales and forecasts, and ensuring stock accuracy through effective forecasting and purchase order management.

The role is paying up to £38K. There is a bonus and benefits package. Hybrid working is in place.
