The position will be based in our Store Stock Planning team, at our Welwyn Garden City office.
You will be responsible for:
Oversee and support the Allocation of New Lines in to store.
Distribute the day to day Replenishment of full price stock in line with the agreed stock plan.
Responsible for Stock Planning and will effectively communicate with Internal teams and with colleagues across different work levels.
Analyse the performance of products, providing accurate information and taking appropriate action.
Managing and trade the stock of Event and Promotions throughout the season.
Allocate to New Store Openings and Refits, monitoring the package to ensure successful launch,
Responsible for analysing groups of stores and how they trade stock, sharing this knowledge to the wider team for commercial decisions.
Maintaining successful meetings with Merchandising by promoting distribution strategies, identifying priorities for the business.
Producing daily and weekly reports that will support trading decisions for the Stock Planning Team.
You will need:
Effective Communication experience.
Experience within collective team work.
Ability to build positive relationships with own team members & other functions.
Previous experience working under pressure and demonstrating innovation and change.
Previous experience within an Allocation, Distribution or Supply Chain Role
Good Excel computer skills and numerical and logical skills.
Ability to problem solve and work under pressure.
