Assistant Manager

A premium accessories retailer is looking for an assistant manager for their store in Tewkesbury.

They're looking for an assistant store manager who will motivate, inspire, train and develop the team to deliver excellence in every aspect of their role. You will help lead the store to deliver an exceptional customer experience, creating a strong selling culture that encourages customer loyalty. Commercially astute and entrepreneurial, you will support the store manager in driving sales, managing costs and achieving key performance targets.

Coming from a service led environment in the retail industry, you will be experienced in dealing with people issues and can impact and influence business decisions. You could be an existing assistant manager or supervisor looking to make a step up in your career.

The role is paying up to £30,000. There is a bonus and benefits package that includes enhanced annual leave, healthcare cash plans, access to sample sales and season ticket loans.
