Assistant Manager

A luxury accessories retailer based in Cork is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to help drive success, deliver unforgettable customer experiences, and support the day-to-day operations of our renowned jewellery store.

What You’ll Do:
- Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations
- Lead, motivate, and develop a dedicated sales team
- Deliver an elevated customer experience with expert product knowledge
- Maintain impeccable visual standards and uphold brand values
- Assist with stock management, merchandising, and store administration
- Help achieve sales targets and contribute to store growth

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous retail management experience (luxury or jewellery a bonus)
- A confident, customer-focused leader with strong communication skills
- A passion for fine jewellery and a keen eye for detail
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to day-to-day challenges
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends

The salary is paying up to €32,000 partnered by a range of benefits such as sales incentives.
