A luxury accessories retailer who stands out in the retail market for their sleek and striking designs are looking for an assistant manager. This retailer continues to grow across the UK and they have found success through generating a loyal customer base.

The role of assistant manager will require the chosen candidate to drive performance through sales, service and operations ensuring that standards are always being maintained. You will also host in store events to drive footfall and brand awareness with a focus being on conversion.

You will need to be familiar with conducting and observing sales ceremonies offering a tailored service to each customer. A strong eye for visual standards is also beneficial for this position alongside the ability to effectively make commercial decisions and keep the team motivated.

The role is paying up to €32,000 + comissions
