Assistant Manager

A fashion accessories retailer who are known for their high quality and stylish designs are looking for an assistant manager to oversee their site in Worcester.
The role of assistant manager will require you to effectively manage the site alongside the store manager and drive the teams’ KPI’s whilst implementing the standards to provide an excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for a team of 10 – 15 staff and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure targets are being achieved.
Premium/luxury fashion experience is desirable for this role. You will be at the forefront of driving operations, ensuring processes are smooth and streamlined.
The role is paying up to £31,000.
