Assistant Area Support Manager

A global fashion retailer is looking for an energetic and commercially minded Assistant Area Support Manager to help lead, inspire, and elevate performance across our stores.

As Area support Manager you will need to be comfortable in delivering exceptional customer experiences, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring the brand vision is brought to life on every shop floor.

Responsibilities:

Support and guide store teams to achieve sales targets and KPIs

Uphold exceptional visual merchandising and brand presentation standards

Assist in training, coaching, and motivating store managers and teams

Analyse store performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Help implement smooth operational processes across the area

Ensure compliance with company policies and operational excellence

Step in to lead stores where needed, acting as a role-model leader

Champion a positive, inclusive, and fashion-forward culture


Experience:

Proven experience in fashion retail at supervisor or management level

Strong commercial acumen and confidence working with KPIs

Inspirational leadership and communication skills

A proactive, solution-focused mindset

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-site environment

A passion for styling, trends, and delivering exceptional customer service
