A leading ladies fashion & cosmetics retailer are seeking an established Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of stores across the South region to drive performance, and deliver exceptional brand experiences across every location.

As Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring Store Managers across your region, ensuring consistency in standards, service, and commercial success. You will play a pivotal role in shaping strategy, driving sales growth, and maintaining the brand’s identity across all stores.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers to achieve and exceed business targets
- Drive sales performance and profitability across multiple locations
- Monitor KPIs, analyse trading data, and implement strategic action plans
- Ensure brand standards, visual merchandising, and customer experience are consistently exceptional
- Identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement across the region
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent development within your stores
- Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews
