A rare and rewarding position is now available for an accomplished area manager to join a renowned luxury beauty retailer, overseeing a selection of flagship locations across London. This retailer has been trading for nearly 200 years, and is known for its long history of crafting luxurious beauty products, particularly renowned for its fragrances, skincare, and makeup

In this pivotal role, reporting directly to the head of retail, you will take charge of a dynamic portfolio of stores—ranging from standalone boutiques to premium department store concessions—spanning central and greater London.

As area manager, your focus will be on leading and motivating store teams to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain the brand’s elevated market presence. Partnering closely with store managers, you’ll drive business performance through robust KPI management, operational efficiency, and an insightful grasp of local market trends. Your leadership will be key to fostering a culture of excellence and client-focused service across all sites.

Success in this role requires a combination of strategic thinking, strong commercial insight, and a genuine passion for the beauty and luxury retail space, along with a solid foundation in retail operations and HR practices.

You will thrive in this role if you:
