As a Global Propositions Manager, you’ll define, lead, and launch end-to-end coffee propositions that give Costa a competitive edge across EMENA’s Away From Home (AFH) channels.

What you’ll do
Being a Global Propositions Manager is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to deliver real success – and around 80% of the role will focus on future-facing innovation, shaping commercial plans and reviewing with bottlers and direct markets, and market planning. This means you’ll be:
• Defining and owning the vision, strategy, and roadmap for winning AFH propositions across product, marketing, technology, and commercial excellence, with a strong forward-looking innovation lens.
• Leading cross functional teams to develop holistic propositions, from early concept and validation through to in market execution.
• Driving future product innovation and portfolio evolution, working closely with bottlers and direct markets to conduct commercial reviews, assess viability, and shape long term growth opportunities.
• Collaborating with regional and market teams to tailor propositions based on local customer, consumer, and operator insights, translating strategy into actionable market plans.
• Partnering with finance, legal, and operations to build robust business cases, model compelling commercial outcomes, and ensure scalable and sustainable solutions.
• Providing strategic guidance and clear proposition documentation to support trials, market roll outs, and long term value creation across the AFH ecosystem.
Who you are:

• A strategic thinker with experience in proposition development, commercial planning or programme management in a global or multi-market business.
• A natural influencer who can align senior stakeholders and energise cross-functional teams.
• Commercially savvy with the ability to interrogate assumptions and build robust business cases.
• Experienced in hospitality, retail, wholesale or foodservice—ideally in a product- or innovation-led environment.
• A clear communicator, able to articulate strategy, progress, and issues in a compelling and accessible way.

Where you’ll work
Right now, our Support Centre teams work flexibly, blending home working with in-person time whenever it matters most – whether that’s a team moment, a creative session, or simply coming together to share ideas.
We’re excited to be moving into a new home for our brand in St Albans in January 2027 – an inspiring space from which our Support Centre teams will work three days a week to connect and collaborate in-person to bring our bold ambition to life.
