Owned by employees

This company is now wholly owned by its employees.

On 23 May 2024 all the shares in the company were transferred to a trust that owns the company on behalf of its employees. The transaction took about five months and was deftly handled by Postlethwaite Solicitors Limited, specialists in this area. 

Peter Burgess, the former MD and major shareholder, remains with the business as Group Chair. The other former shareholders are now MD of their various business units, with Rak Tailor being the Group CFO.
