Supermarket chain Waitrose have topped a consumer survey regarding levels of customer satisfaction when shopping in-store. Iceland and Marks & Spencer’s also ranked highly in the survey, which was conducted by consumer group Which? The group surveyed over 7,000 shoppers, ranking stores on factors such as appearance, length of queues and ease of finding products. Both Waitrose and Marks & Spencer’s performed especially well in store appearance and quality of their own brand products.
