VF has signed a 10 year lease for the Axtell Soho building in central London. The building will be VF’s first major London HQ, and will be an key business hub for the groups brands in London and Europe. These brands include Timberland, Wrangler, Lee and The North Face.
The 15,000 square foot building is on the corner of Warwick Street and Beak Street, which is just a few streets away from Oxford Street and Regents Street.
The revamped building will house VF brands, product and presentation rooms, marketers, digital and design spaces.
Interior decoration and fitting will begin within the next few months, with the opening planned for late spring next year.
