VF Corporation has announced that it will name their new independent jeans wear company Kontoor Brands, Inc.
This comes after the company announced that it will separate its denim business.
The new company will include Wrangler, Lee and Rock & Republic brands, as well as the VF Outlet business.
The company revealed in a statement that the separation is set to be complete in the first half of 2019.
VF will continue to manage its active and outdoor brands such as Vans, Timberland and The North Face.
