According to reports, Italian fashion house Versace is set to be bought by Michael Kors. The deal is said to be worth $2bn (£1.5bn), reported by Reuters.
The news was first reported by Italian newspaper, Corriere della Sera on Monday.
Michael Kors acquired Jimmy Choo for around £900m last year.
The Versace family still own 80% of the company after selling 20% to Blackstone, a US private equity firm.
Both Versace and Blackstone have declined to comment to Reuters.
