Travis Perkins has announced that its CEO John Carter will be stepping down from the board on August 5th, and be succeeded by Nick Roberts, who is currently the chief executive at Atkins.
Carter will remain a part of the business until the end of the year to ensure a smooth transition, whilst Roberts will join the business on July 1st.
