Canadian coffee shop chain Tim Horton’s have formally announced the opening of its first UK store, with Argyle Street in Glasgow the site of the company’s expansion into the British market. After becoming a well-established brand in its native Canada, with eight out of ten cups coffee sold in the country being Tim Horton’s. Company president, Elias Díaz Sesé noted that “Great Britain is a nation of coffee lovers, so we’re confident Tim Hortons will continue to be a leader in the quick service restaurant sector across the pond.”
