Online florist eFlorist has insisted that it managed to deliver “almost every order” this Mother’s Day, despite hundreds of people complaining on social media of late, non-existent or poor quality flowers and dozens of negative feedback posts on revising site reviews.co.uk, taking the company’s overall satisfaction rating to 92% 1-star reviews.
Laszlo Varga CEO of Euroflorist Group, said she was “delighted to say this Mothering weekend we managed to deliver almost every order” but added it “may sound like an obvious achievement”. She also said that eFlorist was “in the process of contacting” customers whose orders were not fulfilled in order to offer apologies and an “alternative”.
