Tesco is giving away free ‘Christmas Night In’ gift boxes to 60,000 shoppers as part of its Surprise and Delight initiative until December 19th. The box includes a selection of festive food and drink including a Thornton’s chocolate collection and a Tesco Christmas pudding.
Selected customers across the UK are receiving their gift boxes with their regular online grocery shop.
The Surprise and Delight initiative offers online customers free products as a thank you at different times throughout the year. Previous gifts have included chocolates around Valentine’s Day and children’s activity packs during the school holidays. Tesco said one million customers have received a surprise and delight treat so far this year.
