Robin Terrell, Tesco’s chief customer officer has joined Karen Millen as non-executive director and brings with him plenty of experience in retail, particularly in digital. Previously she was executive director for multi-channel and international at House of Fraser and her career has included senior roles at John Lewis, Figleaves, Amazon and Dell Computers.
